These improvements were made possible through $866,000 in grant funding from Chester County, the PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR), the Commonwealth Financing Authority, the Pottstown Regional Community Foundation (formerly Pottstown Area Health & Wellness Foundation), and a private donor, giving the community an upgraded, accessible recreational space to enjoy. Phase 2 improvements are anticipated for 2027 and include a new boat ramp and kayak launch. East Coventry Township thanks the funders for supporting the Phase 1 project.
