Lower Pottsgrove Township

Gerald Richards Park

The Township was awarded several grants to develop the new Green Parking Lot near its soccer fields, make field improvements and improve the trails. As of spring, 2022 construction is underway.

Sanatoga Park

In 2021 and 2022 Lower Pottsgrove was awarded grants from the Pottstown Area Health & Wellness Foundation and PMRPC's Park Improvements Program to make improvements to Sanatoga Park. Specifically, the funding will be used to develop a new playground near the amphitheater and a new pavilion with ADA access. Construction should begin in 2023.
