Pottstown Signal Box Art Project
Calling all Artists! The Pottstown Public Arts Project invites artists to apply for a public art project in which artists create public art on utility boxes located in the Borough of Pottstown, PA. The goal of the project is to use all four sides of the utility boxes to display art that will enhance Pottstown’s visual surroundings. Art should cover all exposed sides and top of the box, if possible. Artists will submit their designs and the Pottstown Public Arts Project will make selections. Artists will be paid for their time and materials. For 2024, projects must be completed by October 31st, 2024. See the application form and materials list below for more information.
Park and Trail Closures:
Pollock Park in the Borough of Pottstown is closed. The park will be remediated and redeveloped with new recreation facilities.
The Borough of Pottstown's Manatawny Green miniature golf course is closed for the season. The course will reopen May 24th.

11th Annual Powwow on Manatawny Creek
Saturday, May 4, 10am – Sunday, May 5th, 5pm, Riverfront Park, 140 College Dr., Pottstown.
Gates open at 10am with the Grand Entry at noon each day. A celebration of the heritage and contributions of Native Americans in this region. Bring camping chairs to the event. Dance Exhibitions, crafts, displays, and food. Children are welcome, and admission is free. Suggested contributions are $5 per person or $10 per family.
Annual Colonial Mayfair
Saturday, May 4, 11am- 5pm. Pottsgrove Manor, 100 W. King St., Pottstown. Kick off the day by joining in the maypole celebration with festive music. Living history interpreters, crafters, puppet shows and demonstrations. Locally made goods, games and hobby horse races. Free visitor parking is available at Memorial Park, 75 W. King St., with a complementary shuttle service to Pottsgrove Manor. Weather dependent; suggested $4 donation per person.
Meetings
The April PARRC meeting will be held on Wednesday, the 24th at 4:30pm and will be a hybrid format. Location: Pottstown Borough Hall, 100 E. High Street, Pottstown and on-line.
