PARRC Holds Third Annual Putts for Parks Tournament

PARRC’s Third Annual Putts for Parks Miniature Golf Tournament was held on Saturday, October 3, at Manatawny Greens Miniature Golf Course in Pottstown. With beautiful weather and a great turnout, it was a fun morning filled with miniature golf, refreshments, friendly competition, and stellar prizes!
The day began with a refreshment table featuring bagels, pastries, and complimentary mimosas before golfers gathered for the tournament’s shotgun start. Players made their way through the course, competing for a variety of prizes, including gift cards to local favorites such as Gazzo’s and The Coventry Ice Cream Parlor, there was even a big-ticket prize for a free round of golf for four at Brookside Country Club.

The competition stayed exciting through the very end, with a sudden-death playoff needed to determine second place in the Male Golfer category.
PARRC would like to thank everyone who came out to play and support the event, as well as the sponsors whose generosity helped make the tournament possible: Chester Valley Engineers, Pottstown Regional Community Foundation, Martin Stone Quarries, Remington & Vernick Engineers, Bowman Consulting, Kimmel Architects, Picardi Philips & Ottaviano, Schuylkill River Greenways National Heritage Area, Pennoni, Wisler Pearlstine, Attorneys at Law, Wealth Enhancement Group, The Hill School & Hobart’s Run, Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc., Representative Joe Ciresi, and J.P.
