Brookside Park Redevelopment Underway in Pottstown

Construction is officially underway at Brookside Park, located at the intersection of Hale Street and Virginia Street in Pottstown. This is a complete park redevelopment

project that will feature brand-new playground equipment, a Bankshot basketball court, new swings, improved ADA accessibility, and upgraded park amenities.

This project is made possible through grants from the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources' Community Conservation and Partnership Program ($165,300), the Pottstown Regional Community Foundation ($30,000), the Montgomery County Planning Commission's MontCo 2040 Program (135,400), and a private donor ($10,000).

This funding helps ensure residents have access to quality outdoor spaces that encourage healthy lifestyles, active play, and community connections. We look forward to sharing updates as work progresses and can't wait to welcome the newly redeveloped Brookside Park.
